To register as a vendor simply go to My Account > Register > Choose ‘I am a vendor’.  Follow the next steps to complete registration. 

Please note:  An email may be sent to you for verification.  Please check both junk/spam folders.

Registering as a vendor is free. 

The only charge we take at this time is a small percentage of 25% from each item sold.

Vendor listings will remain as pending until a team member has reviewed for approval.

We do this so that we can carefully manage what is listed on the platform prior being seen by our customers, making sure that all listings meet our professional requirements.

The Creativetothekorh website is mobile responsive however when editing your listings some fields may be better suited using devices such as PC’s, Apple MAC’S or Laptops.

Yes.  You can contact a vendor via their vendor store page.

Please Note – This will only be available when viewing on a desktop PC and not a mobile device.

You can request funds via your vendor dashboard.  Once requested a team member will be notified and your product sales will be transferred to you via PayPal or alternatively the same method you used when signing up to a vendor subscription plan.

Please Note: All order statuses on products sold must be set to complete to receive funds.

Minimum withdrawal limit is £50.00.

In the event that a purchased product has been received as ‘damaged’, we advise double checking the vendors ‘Refunds & Returns Policy’ and follow the steps accordingly.

Each vendor should have their own ‘Refund & Returns Policy’ displayed on either their vendor store or on each single product.  If a vendor does not have this information at hand then please contact the vendor for details.

Each vendor will have their own shipping service that they use.  To track your order after purchase please contact the seller for a tracking reference number. 

For international shipping please contact the vendor if this is something that they provide.

We accept Debit/PayPal and Google pay.
