Each vendor artist will have their own refund/returns/exchange policies on each products/item’s that they sell via the Creativetothekorh’s vendor artists online store portal or single product listing.  

When returning any item we always advise customers to return their purchased items to the artist vendor undamaged and unused in its original packaging within the number of days the seller has set within their policies.  If your item is not returned within the time period set by the vendor artist then unfortunately they may not be able to provide a full refund or exchange.

Please make sure that when returning any purchased items to provide sellers with receipts as ‘proof of purchase’.  


Once your return is received and inspected by the seller, they will be in contact to notify you that they have received your returned item as well as notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at where we can escalate this to the seller.

Sale Items

Unfortunately only regular priced items can be refunded and not sale items at this time.  Thank you.

Shipping Returns

When returning your purchased item back to a seller we suggest sending your item ‘recorded delivery‘ so that this can be tracked by yourselves as we cannot guarantee receival of your returned items to the seller.  Each seller will have their own shipping/returns policy showcased on their product page under ‘Additional Information‘.
