Creativetothekorh is monitored on a daily basis.  If a possible breach has been detected then all security passwords for the website will be updated as well as a clean database backup restored.  Website backups occur every 2 weeks where prior backups will be fully erased.

When purchasing a product or becoming a vendor of the Creativetothekorh website, you will need to provide us details about yourself.  These required fields are your ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’, ‘Country’, ‘Street Address’, ‘Town/City’, ‘Postcode’, ‘Phone’ and ‘Email Address’. Who on our team has access?

Our admins and review team have access to the information you provide us. Our admins and review team can access:

  • Customer information, such as your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
  • Order information, such as what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent.

Contact Forms

When submitting questions to the Creativetothekorh team or vendor artists via the contact forms provided (i.e. Creativetothekorh’s ‘Contact’ page or vendor artists ‘Profile/Store’ pages) you will be required to provide details such as your name, email address, Subject and message. These email messages received will be held until the question has been answered successfully in which case be removed after.
